I'm actually returning this motherboard for a mATX board. Also I have my eyes on a $110 ASRock Z68 board if I take the Intel route... the 1090t will still be cheaper overall though.

Does anyone have a 1090t they could post a CPU Usage screenshot of with a crap load of crap open, including two games?

how about a i5 2500? cheaper and faster then the xeon, whats the fascination with sb xeons lately anyway? unless you wanna load out on ecc memory there is literally zero point in buying one

also keep in mind that the sb xeons ending with 0 have their igp cut out which means they lack quicksync which is a nono for video encoding

xeon can oc to 3.6

OP said he wont be OCing, i5's higher clock negates whatever the xeon gains from ht and if he were to OC the i5 goes to 4ghz
