Sir, you can't do better than the Super Flower Golden King 550 already suggested(if you're willing to spend 140 euros ofc), and you won't get better value than the XT 575 offers.
This are your best choices.

Thanks for the suggestions, I just ordered my new rig (went with the XFX Black Edition in the end, since it was just so much cheaper than even quality 550 PSU's):

-CPU: i2500K
-Cooler: Noctua NH-U12P SE2
-Motherboard: ASRock Z68 Pro3
-RAM: Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 8GB PC12800
-Case: SilverStone Raven RV02-E
-GPU: MSI GTX580 Lightning
-SSD: Crucial m4 128GB
-Harddisk: Samsung SpinPoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB
-DVD burner: Sony Optiarc AD-7280S
-PSU: XFX 750 Black Edition
