+12v reads as 3.6 in HWMon - MSI 790XT-G45

Is this normal?

My +12V does not move much in HWMonitor, its current value is 3.70 V, min and max: 3.61 V / 3.70 V

My +5 V reads as 2.86 V and never moves.

Use a multimetre for checking voltages, software isn't accurate at all.

If this was the case with those voltage radings, your computer wouldn't even boot up.

Probably a voltage read error. If it really were at those voltages, your system would not run.

I would more worry about the risk of VRM failure due to unlocked x3 and power draw.
