Fraps is excellent, but if you can have a look at Dxtory.

ok , i tried both , FRAPS is easier , but Dxtory has more thing to do

anyway , both gave the same results and they were:
UT3 :~60 FPS Maxed
Crysis 1 : 30-40~ FPS on High (on Very High got ~20 FPS)

and here is the question :
CS:S : ~260 FPS
UT2004 : ~280 FPS
are those right or something wrong

thanks

Confused here? what do you want to know? will your gfx card get less than 260FPS for CS:S?

Unless the game has an FPS cap, then your FPS can go to the millions if your computer has the power.

CS:S and UT don't have an FPS cap so it isn't bound to the 1-60 FPS.

The higher the FPS the better, so those numbers aren't bad

Fraps is good but I just use EVGA precision.

I use Afterburner. I get fps, temps, and gpu usage.
