2) the sucker is thick. the iphone and nexus are between 8-10 mm, while the rezound is nearly 14. It also weighs more.
3) battery life. HTC has not been known for their battery life performance, and the rezound is no exception. It sports a very small battery, 1620mAh.
4) Sense 3.5. Whether or not you like it, it's extra bloatware added, slowing down the phone and the release of future software updates.
Really, the only two advantages of the rezound are the fact it has a removable sd card slot and the higher clocked processor. and maybe beats audio (if you like listening to music drowned in bass). Otherwise, the nexus is pretty clearly the winner.

This. When I went to Verizon to play with the Razr and Rezound, the Razr felt faster. There was lag switching between homescreens with the Rezound. I'm a sucker for the red and black theme but until HTC does something different with battery life, I'd pass. On a side note, I've had the Razr for the past two days and the battery life is impressive. Also, very snappy. If the Gnex doesn't live up to it's hype, I'd have absolutely no problem keeping this for two years.

I really hope we get the 32 gb model.

The 16GB iPhone 4S is £100 more than the 16GB Galaxy Nexus in the UK.

Rezound is good, but the thing ships with a locked bootloader and S-ON. No no for a modder like me.

Great! So it's got to be coming in the next week or two I would think. I'm getting it when it comes out.

Does it have an SD card slot or not? I haven't heard anything about it.

Am I the only one confused about the people wanting 32GB?

Not to mention there is plenty of cloud services... like Google Music or Amazon which work fine.

I don't see myself needing 32GB when all my music is on Google Music.

I still want the phone but that seems really, really stupid. Especially for a flagship phone.

While I understand where your coming from, I personally welcome it. The fastest micro sd cards can do about 10mb a second, this storage can do over 100mb/s. That's how things like the camera can take photos so fast, and that's just the beginning.

About the "need" for 32gb, not everyone has unlimited data. Also, you'd be able to listen to your music/watch videos with data turned off or if your flying for instance.
