Good luck especially if you want to CF or SLI. I would never cheap out on a PSU with an expensive rig. You'r gonna need to spend more than $80 to get something that wont screw you in the long run. Still say you should go with a cougar SX 850w it will sli or cf any dual gpu setup. Its like $125 on newegg.

i am on a budget and i know their are power supplys under 100$ that will run CF.

Sir, you're buying a PSU not 4 pounds of Opium.. what exactly do you need to make up your mind?

Antec NeoEco 520 @ 35$
OCZ ZS 550 @ 60$
SPI 85+ Green 600 @ 80$

There are no better options that suit your criteria.
