I have a single fan non-ref sapphire right now, 1 month til 1st CF biggrin.gif, I know sapphire is considered top notch

ignoring price and rebate, etc, already won dirt3 code

they are both twin fan which I want to try, does anyone know of the differences in or have thoughts on

-build design
-quality of components
-RMA from canada
-anything else

I have always had great support from sapphire and great overclockers from them so I would say sapphire hands down.

Sapphire hands down is one of the best ATI card manufacturing company, I have a 6950 in my other computer and it is really good.

The Dirt 3 card may be able to be unlocked. Don't know about the Powercolor one.

I've found Sapphire support to be pretty good. Don't know about Powercolor.

Ive never tried PowerColor but they seem pretty legit. Sapphire is a really good company, and out of those two, I'd go with them.

Why no MSi love? : )

If you're going Crossfire, I suggest you stay away from dual-fan GPU's. Dual-fan GPU's just dump hot air back into the case instead of venting the hot air out the back of the case like most single-fan GPU's do.
