AMD Raid Controller

Thread Starter
So this is my first time using Raid 0 with 2 ssd 64gb M4

One of those ssd was giving me 520read speed

now i Raid 0 them and im getting 600read speed,Does the Gigabyte fxaud3 motherboard use Marvell Controller for Raid 0 or does it use something Else
Can anyone Give me some advice or steps to do this correctly. And Drivers didnt know about them either
Do i install windows 7 while in RAid mode or do i return back to AHCI mode?

I've searched a bit and apparently you have to use 3 settings aside from what you've used to configure RAID0 to achieve 700+MB/s, credit below:
1. Enable RAID 5 in BIOS
2. Enable system cache for Read Cache
3. Disable system cache for Read Ahead
