these fans good for rad?

Thread Starter
will these fans have enough static pressure to push air through a rad or or the blades too thin? I was considering them because even though the blades are small there are 15 of them. Also they have great reviews and are quiet.

Yea, but honestly, if you dont care about a little noise, Yate Loon high speeds are only $3.99 at xoxide.com. Even the medium speed ones would be just about as good.

Personally, I would get these..just about the best rad fan when it comes to price/noise/performance...

The AP-15s have almost 2x the static pressure as the Aerocools...

If you don't like the AP-15s...the Noiseblocker multiframe s-3hs have the same performance..but they are $10 more per fan (and 1 dB quieter)

i know and it sucks but hey got to give credit where credit is due they are awesome fans. One last question before I order these things.

Should i do a push pull system (my guess is yes or duh.. as an answer) or would i be fine with just a pull or push configuration

actually...here is where it can get complicated...not all rads have a dramatic increase in performance with p/p...some rads perform better with low speed fans vs. high speed..what rads are you running?
