Ummm, Android is open source, so yes, people have taken it to put on other machines not native to Android. iOS is not open source, it is completely and solely owned/locked down by Apple. Hence it would be a felony for it to be on a device not licensed by Apple.
In other words even if someone got iOS running on their Android device they wouldn't advertise it, or they'd of gotten the mighty lawyer wrath that Apple so loves to swing about.
It's not that it can't run it, it's that it's NOT ALLOWED
to run it. Something to think about before throwing it out there as a flame...
