EVGA SCGTX 480 voltage unlock

I know there is a whole thread for this, i have read through the entire thing...

looking for a simple answer to me question..

basically i think i have an EVGA SC version (default clocks 725, 1900) so yeah im pretty sure it is (i bought off ebay with no box is why i dont know for sure) .. in afterburner my max voltage is the 1.138v as you all know.. i know there is a way to use either NiBitor OR FermiBiosEditor to unlock that voltage to 1.212 (or somewhere around that area)

I would have done this myself alreayd but due to spending alot of money on the card.. im a bit more weary than i was before with my old 285 lol...

basically i found on the web the "OVEVGA480.rom" which is supposed to unlock the voltage however it would not work in nvflash no matter anything i tried also.. i opened it in fermibioseditor and the "voltage pattern" setting is different to my 480's BIOS... pictures are attached of the difference...

As I say i would have simply upped the voltage slider on my BIOS and saved that and tried to flash but due to the differences in the "voltage pattern" settings i wont do it as I dont know why they are different and if i shold change mine to match the "OVEVGA480.rom" (or leave it as mine 480's BIOS is already)

it's such a simple thing, but with disasterous results if i do not know this little piece of info lol.... anyone shed some light?

Just open GPUz and get the Vbios from YOUR card, edit the bios with increased Vcore and reflash with Nvflash or similar.
