Try F8? Or F12?

I just hold the power to turn it off so I get the option when I boot back up.

Tap F8 while booting for the options, select safe mode.

hmm it seems when it tries to boot into safe mode it blue screens sigh..

does anyone know a good software that wipes drivers that doesnt require safemode?

the one i currently use is driversweeper but for a clean driver wipe you would want to go into safe mode and run it.
