Hmmm again, windows event viewer is capable of pinpointing problem area; whether it be a reg entry or driver, hardware etc.

have you checked the event viewer as others have stated? It will easily poinpoint a direct issue.

However many issues pertaining to crashing is driver instability.

If you're technical, use WindowsDebugger (with symbols).

*Never used BlueScreenView, but it looks like it does what WindowsDebugger does. And it's not a MS app, go4it.
