Wow!!
you obviously didn't pay attention to JF-AMD about how insignificant we the enthusiasts and desktop users are in the grand scheme of things.even if you took every AMD user who screamed "release it now" on every forum on the internet and added them all up, it wouldn't even register on AMD's "OMG the people are demanding we release it" radar.so please don't even try and blame us the customer for this botched release,AMD did this all by themselves
OEMs are the only ones who affect AMD's worries about release schedules

It has nothing to do with taking 6 years to bring BD to market, facing a couple delays this year to fix the issues they were having, and releasing it one month before SB-E hits the market, so it wouldn't look worse. It also has nothing to do with poor yields, and other performance issues they are having with that modular futuristic design.

They were trying to "please us", by over-hyping and under-delivering, so we would talk greatly about Bulldozer upon release. It's all our fault.

I point you to this thread for further reading on how it's all our fault:
You make very good point. Remember this not the first time AMD has a problems on release. Hello Phenom. I'm sure they will fix it as time passes.

I've held off a new build for a year now. This release is just disappointment after disappointment. After reading this, I've made up my mind to go with the 1100T until Piledriver comes out next year. Very sad.

gee I wonder why AMD is keeping their mouth shut.
thet waiting for a bunch of impatient numb skulls to pull their head from their posteriors.
The bulldozer project has been going for at least 4 years. These type of issues should have been tested on hundreds, if not thousands, of machines. It is as if they don't even have a QA department.

If AMD recovers from this, they'll still be set behind. AMD is looking less and less as a respectable player in the x86 world in the mainstream/high end market which still accounts for a large portion of their sales. The only thing that is keeping them in the market is literally the GPU sector and Intels absolute joke of a GPU developing team.

Llanos success is relying on the success of their GPUs. AMD still has no fusion/APU on the market. Llano, bobcat, etc., is still a dedicated GPU and CPU on a single die. The i3-2000m series paired with a Nvidia GT540 is around the same price as the high end llano products and out performs them. AMDs CPU is and has been relying heavily on their GPU team for the past few years and practically the only reason why they still have a market.

They seriously need to pull their socks up.

High end makes up very little of the market space, and its shrinking fast. OEMs,prebuilt etc. Thats where the $$$ is.

I predict it will be at least 12 months before the AMD bashing ends. These threads are barely even readable anymore, and I'm not a fanboy.
