the Twin Frozr is supposed to have really good cooling.

To be honest get the msi warrenty is good and goes by serial number not original owner. so if you want to sell it later on the next owner may have some warrenty and its a good sell point. As far as which card is better flip a coin.

They both look excellent. I'm on the Gigabyte bandwagon so I'd probably choose their version, but either one should work great. Are you leaning toward one or the other?

the main difference is that the gigabyte model has a displayport in addition to what the msi model has.
