Moving Graphic Cards to new PCI E slots

Thread Starter
I currently have my graphics card sandwiched together. I want to move them to two different PCI E slots that will allow them more room to breathe. Will I need to re-install the drivers after I move the graphic cards to their new slots? Thanks

Most likely just have to restart the computer after you boot up the first time after relocating your cards.

No, you don't have to because both cards are already registered in the system. When you move the cards the BIOS will re-detect the PCIe position to assign to the cards, that's all.
