Yep, if I were building budget HTPC today, I would go with one just to save money from buying a GPU.

That mobo for instance, doesnt say anything about HDMI output, so how would you watch in HD using onboard?

I highly recommend getting a Llano cpu to save money and the one you linked is good enough but I would probably go for this one because it has a higher clock rate and better GPU.

You would need something more along the lines of this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157260

Sorry for Newegg, just citing an example.

That one? I cant see it on the picture?

Also the CPU you linked is £105, atheres another one quad core but £85, only difference i think is price and extra mhz...oh it has extra radeon cores and extra gpu clock...can they make big difference?

Stick to the ASUS board you linked $ilent.
Really? Why is that? I've only heard good things about Asrock, seeing as how they are subsidized (is that a word? lol) by Asus. Your board does have more features, but it is also more expensive. For an HTPC you really don't need all that much. Just my 2 cents.
