With a budget like that, you could certainly consider what I posted above, it includes a PSU aswell and the total is well within your budget.

I appreciate it, thank you. One last question if anyone may know this. Going from a Q8400 to an i5-2500k would it be a noticeable jump? I want to make sure it's worth the money doing all of this ya know? I game a lot and now with Battlefield 3 coming out I would really like a rig that can handle DX11 games. Any opinions are welcome.

Going to a i5 2500k will give you night & day difference,its a great cpu,my favourite one & probably its the best cpu(price-performence ratio) Intel has ever made.
