I'm building a low-power rig, 200W tops.
And I'm trying to find me a PSU. BUT low wattage (300-400W) branded PSUs (Antec, OCZ) are twice more expensive than an InterTech 650W unit.

I have previous experience with InterTech, and their 500W Energon ran my 300W rig fine. So I guess it's safe to use a 650W unit for a 200W rig, right?

What do you guys think? I want the cheapes option that works
Inter-Tech uses CWT, the value/low end platforms(DSA/DSAII/PSH/PSHII), the same thing you find inside Corsair CX and GS, everything branded Coba Nitrox from inter-Tech is CWT so they range from acceptable to quite good.
Post here the unit you're interested in so I can give you more info.

There it goes, the site is in Danish, sorry about that. Couldn't find anything in English, only a few customer comments in German, all of which label it as very good and quiet, and give it 5/5. Of course, i don't expect those people to know a lot about PSUs in general, that is why I ask here

It's indeed CWT PSH, is rather old and it has utter crap cabling for a 650W unit(1x PCIe connector), if you can get it for 25 euros or below then ok, if it's more expensive than you should look at something else.

You sure that's a PSH? I don't see the signature giant EMI coils.

Now that you've mentioned it I'm pretty sure it isn't.. but what else could it be from CWT with 4x 18A rails?.. or maybe is not CWT, but couldn't find anything above 500W on Andertek.. I remember seeing it advertised as CWT on some German sites a while back..

I want to see the internals before I make any more judgements.

If I order one (which I probably will, considering how budget is shrinking), I'll open it and post nice HD pics, specially for you

Edit: I know it weghts 1.6 kg.

It's Andertek(or w/e other trash but not CWT), identical fan grille and exhaust grille to the other EPS models, same pfc stickers near the on/off button.. and most importantly, no CWT design in the last 3 years with those outputs on the minor rails in conjunction with the 12v ones.
