That is so wrong lol. My eye clearly tells a difference in 30 FPS and 60FPS. Try again.

I have had some random and rare 0x0124 BSOD's. But that I had taken as the reason for a CPU to never truly be stable

The Eye does not see in FPS. I can easily spot the difference between 50fps and 60fps

That's totally not true. I can easily tell the difference between 50 and 60 fps. I'm not lying...

I'll ask again, is it on your SSD?

The Driver I am using is 285.38 (battlefield 3 Beta Driver)

The game is running on My Crucial C300 SSD that I have tested and is running at its rated speed

(had overclock-net 500 server error for a while there)

Just pulled up Metro 2033, because I was not 100% certain of the FPS i gave you in my last post and I noticed that my GPU's were not beeing used 100% and my FPS was 30-40. I remember my GPU's beeing used 100% when I last ran the game

I'd say that is a common issue in most well populated MMOs. I've never played an MMO that, when in a well populated area my FPS stays maxed out. Try this. Go out into a less active area and see if the FPS shoots up. Then go back to where all the people are for comparison.

Flying around in low populated areas, my FPS is 60 easily.

Its when I am in orgrimmar with alot of players (high textured Armor) or in a raid where there is alot going on that my FPS goes low without my GPU's or CPU getting a 100% load
