Looks like you have the right ideas. Filter all intakes. More intakes than exhaust.

Most importantly, try out various combinations. Try that top 200mm as intake and exhaust and compare temps.

High end aluminum cases like the Lian Li and the FT02 have no grills over their exhaust fans, only finger guards. I like that. In my own case I cut out the rear grill. But if that's too radical for you, just put an exhaust fan there.

FT02 only has one exhaust fan. And therefor one fingerguard... That I already took off because it already has a top cover over it.

yes the 2 200mm's are the same fans.

am getting filters for the sidepanel. will log temps before and after and post back, prob with some pictures too
Hope I'll remember to check back to see the results (if I don't, feel free to remind me )

While we wait for pics, could I hijack this real quick like for a minute? It might even help the OP because it's still on the same topic. What if you go all intake and put the side mesh panel on without fans as the exhaust? So rear 120 intake, top two 120mm intake (or 1 200mm in OP's case), 5.25 bay 120mm intake and 200mm front bottom intake with the mesh side panel as the natural egress route for the hot air. Would the GPU fan conflict with that airflow in any way?

it wouldn't hurt, but it also wouldn't help too much. it all depends on where the computer is located. in an open space area, that should work. but in a semi enclosed area like under a desk, you'll be recirculating alot of hot air with that configuration.

Actually its a good idea imo.. I dont think it would conflict with the gpu, although it would def mean higher temps for it since all the hot air would be vented through it (compared to what i intend to do anyway- it would prob still be better than negative pressure).

I cant wait to get the fans and the 2nd 560 to start testing.. Though i still need to decide about ordering the demciflex filter for the sidemesh.. Theyre the only ones that make 4x120mm filters, but ppl have been saying they constrict airflow too much

I've heard that about Demciflex filters as well.

Could you buy four individual 120mm filters and use those?

I've heard great things about both of these.

Thats my only option if i dont go for decmiflex, from my research anyway..
I have still to measure the mesh and see if 4 separate filters will be enough. tho in theory they should since the fans will pull most of the air thru them and not around them.

Re the grills, the 2nd one looks like a wave design so will prob be better
