This completely defeats the purpose of iPhone 4 or 4S. Its looks fantastic but you have to use a case all the time. I have a Speck case and it survived many drops, One day i took it out as i was feeling confident almost broke the screen. With the case all the good looking parts are hidden making it just another phone as you can only see the screen.

I wouldn't use any $500+ device without a case, period. I think it's stupid for anyone not to. Protect your investment!

Simple fix. Buy a case. Even when I had my LG env touch I had a case for it. Yes it could take a beating but I like my stuff to look new when it's replaced.

Whether if your a Apple fan or not.

Apple innovated the smartphone.

Innovation is very american, the Chinese can copy things, but most inventions come from the US.

And Apple is all about customer satisfaction, that is #1. Go to the Apple store with a problem or call their support. I assure you it is some of the best in the business.

I don't like Apple, and I'm by no means a fanboy. I just sold my iPhone 4 for an atrix until the iPhone 5 (assuming they change something besides the camera)

I agree with you though, the 4s is the 4 with a better camera and more power that you can barley notice.

It's form over function but you lose the form as soon as you stuff it inside an ugly case. Apple ingenuity.

If you buy a phone to brag, you're doing it wrong.

OT: I've dropped my 4 plenty of times. I even kicked it out of reflex when it was falling and it flew and landed a few feet away. Only a small ding on the corner of the stainless steel.
