Which drivers are necessary?

I don't know if this is the right section to ask this and these are probably really stupid questions but which drivers are necessary to install after I've installed Windows? I've been told that I should install the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website instead of the CDs I get with the components because they might be outdated.

Graphics card: I need to install the latest driver from the manufacturer's (MSI in my case) website, am I right?
Motherboard: Do I need to install all of the drivers and utilities of this list or is there anything unnecessary?
Sound card: Again I should probably download the latest driver from the manufacturer's website (Asus), right? And I probably shouldn't install onboard sound card's driver since I'm going to use an Asus sound card?
Screen: Is the driver of the screen necessary? (Dell U2311H)
Mouse/keyboard: If I've understood right, I should install the drivers of mouse and keyboard only if I want to use their software or set macros, am I right?

So which drivers are necessary and does it matter in which order I install them? Is there any other drivers I forgot to mention? I would appreciate if somebody could answer my questions.

Graphics card: I need to install the latest driver from the manufacturer's (MSI in my case) website, am I right? Yes; drivers packed with CDs are, more often than not, outdated.
Motherboard: Do I need to install all of the drivers and utilities of this list or is there anything unnecessary? I would install the LAN and audio drivers (assuming you don't install the sound card ones). The others are up to you, and most likely unnecessary.
Sound card: Again I should probably download the latest driver from the manufacturer's website (Asus), right? And I probably shouldn't install onboard sound card's driver since I'm going to use an Asus sound card? I'm not an expert in sound cards, but I'd guess that you don't need to install the onboard audio drivers if you install your dedicated sound card ones.
Screen: Is the driver of the screen necessary? (Dell U2311H) I have a P2310H, and having re-installed Windows 4 times on the same computer, and never installing monitor drivers, I'd say it's safe to forget them. I don't think it would hurt though.
Mouse/keyboard: If I've understood right, I should install the drivers of mouse and keyboard only if I want to use their software or set macros, am I right? Yes, you're right.

So which drivers are necessary and does it matter in which order I install them? Is there any other drivers I forgot to mention? I would appreciate if somebody could answer my questions.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

So the necessary drivers that I need are the drivers of graphics card, LAN and sound card? Others are unnecessary?

I would say they're unnecessary in that there won't be any problems if you don't install them. There are some that you might like to use. For example, my ASRock mobo/CD came with this cool program called XFast that's supposed to boost USB 2.0 transfer speeds (somehow). I like it a lot so I installed it, but I definitely didn't need it.

Hope this helps.
