Corsair Force GT crashing

Thread Starter
I have a Corsair Force GT 120 GB SSD as my boot drive in my new build. At least 6 times in the past week I've had my computer try to restart and when it does the SSD is not being seen by the BIOS and I have to either hard shut down for a few seconds and then start up or (what I did the first few times) unplug and re-plug in the SSD before it is recognized. Then I have to go back and reprioritize the boot order of my hard drives in order to get the PC to boot again. Is this an infamous "stability issue" that the Corsair drives are known for that requires an RMA or should I try the firmware update first?

Yes, try the firmware update. That's what fixes the issue!
If it doesn't work, then RMA.

RMA will not fix this.

Download the newest firmware update by Sandforce. It's only a few days old but things seem to be going well.

Well, I did a little more research on Corsair's forums, and I here there was a new firmware released by SandForce the other day that Corsair has yet to release. I will deal with the crashes until the new FW releases, as 1.3.2 still has issues from what I've gathered. . . . .
