H100 questions

Thread Starter
This will be for my 600T build I am doing soon (Changing over motherboard, cpu, and drives upgrading my video card, ram, psu)

Not sure about the fans first of all, on the 600t push/pull will not fit. I have heard the stock fans are extremely loud which I do not want.

I already have one Noiseblocker XLP PWM would two of these suffice for sound/performance. I know the ap-15's are generally well recommended but I want PWM for set it and forget it.

IF i run the h100 as pull i think i'd want a dust filter like the demciflex rad one, would this impede performance? I dont even know if im going push or pull yet though not sure about the difference in results

thanks guys

I guess its very subjective, I'm finding countless people consider them loud and countless considering them not loud.. I know I want the fans to run fast enough for me to be getting 4.0ghz at reasonable tempatures.. I can it with the hyper 212+ but I don't like 75c temps.

If you run the fans on the medium profile they are fine...you can also run them on low speed when you are idling. The H100 has a push button on it for 3 different profiles. The other advantage to the H100 is that when link comes out, you will be able to run the profiles from software instead of the H100 pump module.

Dust filters will effect performance. They reduce flow but keep your rad clean. Fans with high static pressure would be recommended for pulling or pushing air through the filters.

what is a good amount for static pressure? are the ones i listed good?
The static pressure on the Noiseblocker you linked is decent (2.653mm/H2O)...however the static pressure on the stock fans is:1.6 - 7.7mm/H20 which is incredible! AP-15s also have good static pressure.
