The iPhone 4s has nice viewing angles but the AMOLED screens are still better because I can place the phone face down and still see the screen but I need to take off the back and internals of the phone. But still when you take an iPhone 4s into the sun and tilt it side ways the sun still covers the screen.

is that the colours on the iPhone's screen are of a more natural tone and not overly saturated like I think they are on SAMOLED's.
Also with AMOLED technologies they haven't been able to match the iPhone for it's clarity due to the persistent use of RGB pentile displays which I hate with a passion.
The Atrix I had was the worst for this, it had a resolution similar to the iPhone 4/S but looked horrible due to the pixel layout used (pentile).
