Seems to be a bit heavy (though it could've been because of the "thing" it was attached to), and the analog sticks stick out, which may be a bit uncomfortable when I'd bring it in my pocket.
The PSP didn't have that problem with the analog nub, and even then sometimes it get stuck when I was putting it in my pocket, which makes me think it would be even worse with a Vita.
Last but not least, the games so far. There's barely anything I would want to purchase right now. Only game I would really want would be Uncharted.
One thing that also annoys me is that so far a lot of the games are ports, and the upcoming ones seem to be ports too (not all of course).
And I'm not sure if it was just because the games I played weren't final versions but demo versions, but I noticed quite a few times the game's FPS seemed to take a dive.
Wipeout for example didn't have fluid FPS.
Sorry for my rant, but so far the 3DS has me going for it... But I haven't yet purchased either.

Vita is VERY light, you should probably try it with out the demo unit stuff. Also when I played Wipeout the frame rate was flawless, maybe it was some unique problem to your system. You wanna talk about frame rate issues 3DS has plenty of them.
