Well.. It is on sale on newegg

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...-24262012-L03B

I'm considering buying it seeing as i'm using a tv atm as my monitor..

Do you guys think i should just wait, and use my money towards Battlefield 3, and spring later on for an hdmi monitor?

Hmm. I appreciate your reply, excuse my noobness, but would the difference between DVI and HDMI be that big?

thanks again.

dvi and hdmi are exactly the same.. the only difference is that hdmi carries video AND audio signals, where dvi only carries video signals.

So unless you have a monitor that has speakers.. hdmi is useless. And even then most people wouldn't want to use the monitor speakers either...

HDMI is mostly used for connecting to tv's where the speakers are better than a monitors.

ok i got and have been useing it with no issues till...

i tryed to turn it off rofl.
i can't turn it off and the menu botton takes like 5 seconds for the menu to actually appear to only not let me move the menu options around so i think there is a issue with the bottons it self.

i been looking online to not see anyone having this issue tho_O
