What I would recommend that you clear the CMOS and try again. Go into the BIOS only set the RAM to stock either via XMP or manually and then load it up from the CD.
Run the whole system at stock and do all the troubleshooting, PSU test via multi meter, HDD check with chkdsk and memtest for RAM. Once you accertain the it's all working fine under stock then we can move forward.
