post #1 of 3
Thread Starter
I have 2x DVI 1x HDMI and 1x Display Port. Am I able to turn 4 monitors off of 1 card? I only see 3 in CCC.

thanks

You can only use 2 out of 3 from DVIs and HDMI from what I remember.

Eyefinity supports only 2 legacy devices with the combination of HDMI, DVI and VGA. The third and fourth monitors must either with Native DisplayPort or using DisplayPort Active Adapter to VGA or to DVI.

Option #1

1. Monitor #1 - Native DVI ---> DVI
2. Monitor #2 - Native DVI ---> DVI
3. Monitor #3 - Native DP ----> Mini DP
4. Monitor #4 - Native DP ----> Mini DP

Option #2

1. Monitor #1 - Native DVI ---> DVI
2. Monitor #2 - Native DVI ---> DVI
3. Monitor #3 - Native DVI ----> Mini DP Active Single Link Adapter
4. Monitor #4 - Native DVI ----> Mini DP Active Single Link Adapter

Option #3

1. Monitor #1 - Native HDMI ---> HDMI
2. Monitor #2 - Native DVI ----> DVI
3. Monitor #3 - Native VGA ----> Mini DP Active Adapter
4. Monitor #4 - Native VGA ----> Mini DP Active Adapter

Or combination of option #1, #2 and #3.

Use only AMD Validated Dongles http://support.amd.com/us/eyefinity/...y-dongles.aspx
