What would be good for a tiny budget computer?

I'm making my parents a tiny budget computer that can surf well and doesn't need much. Would mATX be good? What are the other types that would work well?

What exactly do you consider a tiny budget? A couple hundred?

mAtx is gonna be the kind of board your gonna want to look at for a small, surfing computer. They tend to be cheaper and will fit in a smaller case

if you wanna go really small go m-itx ther smaller than matx and still usually feature a full pci-e slot and are supported by alot of sockets
post #7 of 11
mATX would be good, i'd go for something like an athlon II x2 + a micro atx board with onboard graphics, or a llano x2 setup depending on cost.

mITX is even smaller, but I think generally more expensive for a modern board.
