How Do I add nVidia Control Panel if the driver package doesn't include it?

Thread Starter
my 460GTX cyclone doesn't like the latest releases of nVidia drivers. After doing some research I learned that v260.93 would solve the stutter problem I was experiencing (and freezing during gaming, especially when going from scene to scene). Only thing is, the driver package isn't wqhl and doesn't include nVidia Control Panel. How do I add the panel or, what utility can I use in place of it? I just need anti-alias and sometimes tripple buffer and V-sync

See if this works:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/control_panel.html

Or find a WHQL driver that works for you.

EDIT:Or this:
