One last question.
Since my new tower won't recognize my HDD to reformat and boot into AHCI, my mobo can't boot from USB, and my old tower doesn't support AHCI, how should I get a clean copy of Windows 7 onthe hard drive?

Use backup imaging software and clone the installation over to the other harddrive.

Here:

Conclusion: I ran out to Best Buy, swapped my Seagate for a new one, slipped a paper clip in the CMOS reset hole and voila, mega computer.
For anyone curious, my setup is:
ASUS P867 deluxe
Intel i7 2600k
Corsair H80 hydrocooler
HAF 912 mid tower
16gb Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz
Corsair 750GS PSU
Sli'd GTX 560 ti x2
Seagate Barracuda 1Tb Sata Hdd
Samsung external dvd writer
Acer 22" ultra thin monitor
First time builder, long time gamer. Hope my problem helps someone along the way.

Nice build you got there.
If you had SSD it would be even greater! .
