I highly doubt Intel had to do much cherry picking to get 2600ks that can run 100MHz faster at stock volts. It would probably be harder to find one that won't
Don't you know, one review had a golden cpu so everyone thinks they will all OC that well.

I'm sure it will be no different then the i5-760 and so many others.

2600k -> 2700k is like 920-->930-->940 --> 950
in the end no diffrence

Cool, i've been waiting a fortnight for this as I want to order one of Scan's pre-overclocked bundles. Hopefully they create a new including the 2700k. Should be a nice upgrade to hold me over for a year/year and a half until some second revision IB's are out!

I dunno, I heard about this thing called "overblocking" or "overdocking" or something where cherry picking for lower voltages etc... was good.

I could be going mad though...
