Preffered mouse specs:
- Claw grip
- Tracks well at low to mid sensitivities on white (Shiden Mid L White)

- Low to no accel

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,

I come from a Copperhead which has the same shape as the Diamondback. I tried some mice but I almost decided I would stick with the G500.
The G500 is more a palm grip mouse but feels comfortable with claw grip (or even fingertip grip for people with long fingers like me). I like the placing of the thumb (side) buttons, they´re almost as easy to press as with the copperhead (that is a big issue with other mice, terrible side button placing and required pressure) but you´ll get used to it. I feel it´s a little bit overpriced for its quality (somewhat cheap plastic) but that´s just me.
The only bad thing about the G500 is the weight, the mouse itself is somewhat heavier than other mouse, but the weight system is useless since it noticeably moves inside the mouse when moving you change the direction of mouse acceleration fast enough. I even thought there was something wrong with the teflon feet at the beginning until I took the weights off. Plus, this stupid weight system (which few people actually uses) is responsible for the retarded position of the sensor (on the front of the mouse).

I remember reading that the CM Spawn doesn't track well on white though. Would it be OK on my white shiden?

I had a copperhead before my diamondback. I love this mouse shape. I will look into the g500.
