The pins are most likely under neath all your powersupply cables.

The fact you Don't know where they are means that there is good news and your mobo isnt dead

They are normally on the bottom of the board next to the pci slots (white card slots)

My board is 775 and it has them all modern boards have the pins pictured above

Bah, I have took countless PC's apart and put together with no anti-static wrist junk. All turned out fine too.

By the way, the title says you wan't "BAD help" and you may just get that.

The odds of actually ruining electrical equipment with static is pretty slim. It does happen, but I'd be willing to bet he simply didn't hook up the power switch correctly.

can you unhook all your cables, and take a picture of the full board, so we can see all the connections? It might be a hassle but it would let us give you clearer directions.

According to the HP website, this is the board that comes in the specific model that you have - but looking at the picture you posted, they're nothing alike. Regardless, the power switch hookup should be within the vicinity of the red square at the bottom right:
