I have to say, that was one of the worst videos I've ever seen. It was cheesy beyond belief. "OOH, DOES THE CORSAIR POWER SUPPLY FIT IN THE BAG, OH MY GOSH, THEY COMPLETELY REDESIGNED THE CARRYING BAG, THIS IS TRUE INGENUITY MY FRIENDS."

Or the fact that he's never see a red/green on and off button for the mic, WOW, THIS IS SO WORTH 70 DOLLARS.

Or the fact that those things look like they'd snap with 2 fingers.

Maybe those are good for Vent/mumble/team chat, but for gaming, no.

Also, OP, you leave a lot of information out, like what you want the headphones for. Gaming? Music? Do you want bass? How much bass do you want? What genres of music do you listen to? etc

Because I don't feel like tossing in another post to answer your questions I'll just give you a few generic answers.

1) Gaming with bass under $70. Also music with bass.
A) Samson SR850s

2) Gaming without much bass under $70
A) Used Audio TechnicaAD700 or Sennheisier HD555. Or new Samson RH600.

3) Music only, not too much bass: Fostex T50RP - Modify them and be amazed.

Either Koss PortaPros (under $40) or

Koss KSC75 (under $20) combined with this headband :

In my opinion KSC75s sound better than PortaPros but the fact that they don't have a headband, makes them less than ideal in comfort area.
