Hey I am on my new PC and am trying to install my board drivers which I downloaded and extracted. But there are a ton of files, not sure what to do....

Could use some help. Specs in the sig

look for the file named setup.exe or similar to that.

each driver should be it, own file. ( for example, audio driver, usb drivers, ect...) You will have to click the . exe file for each.

yeah each driver folder has a Setup.exe file, just run that
