Have a budget of $200USD max.
Needing a SSD to use on a server for minecraft/mysql database. Preferable 60GB+. server supports sata II.

Through SATA 2 it's still really fast. I'm still stuck without SATA 3 and it's miles ahead two Raptors in RAID 0. If you want all the performance and don't want to get a new MOBO, get a PCI-E SATA 3 card.
