Overclocking this card!?!?!

This gtx 560 2GB model is labelled "superclocked."

How much further is it safe to take it?

900/1800 core/shader seems to be a great performance increase. Increases my min FPS by 10 in many games!!! (rift - crysis 2)

Is it safe to frequently run them at these clocks? Keep in mind I'm overclocking 2 in SLI.

The max gaming temps I get @ 900/1800 are 76 and 74 (top / bottom card)

I have a 120mm fan blowing directly over both of them though; this was required even at stock clocks.

900/1800 is perfectly safe as long as the temps don't go above 85-90 (Depending on what your comfortable with max temp i believe is 105) Your good

This is safe for a few hours at a time at 99% GPU load on both GPUs for example!??!?!

(again - max temps I've seen have been 76/74c - usually they barely touch 70c)

yes its safe for hours at a time my 460 is clocked at 900/1800 atm and its ran 10 hours stright 100% gpu load with no problems/damage you should be fine

Edit: while im not in sli as long as both cards are stable at that clock ull be fine
again its temp dependant, btw what are your volts?

@ Idle both cards are 0.91v.

Under load the top card goes to 1.00v and the bottom card 1.02v.

Haven't touched the voltage on the GFX cards at all since I got them.

According to the EVGA scanner the cards default at 1.000v and 1.025v.

I wonder if bumping the lower card up would help with OCing. The card running at 1.025v is a newer card. They're the same model, but the 2nd one was bought about 6 months after the first.
