Dude, make like your name imply and chill the heck out. This is only a 3 hour old post, everyone who has posted has tried to help, and honestly it's a very obvious and somewhat stupid issue.
We're all giving you the benefit of the doubt, and assuming you aren't 100% ignorant of how disk operations work, and as such we are trying to gather some more specific information to see if there actually is an issue here. You failed to supply that specific information, so I don't really know what you're freaking out about (your sig rig does NOT match what you said in your follow up post nor did you specify that this is taking place in your sig rig).
Please realize we are human beings, helping you out, for free, on our own time. We are not your personal slave army of mind reading technical-support technicians. Give us some time to reply, and the info we need to work with, and drop the attitude.
Now, the answer everyone assumed you already knew:
Moving files requires disk activity, processing, and short-term storage either in the form of RAM or Virtual RAM (Pagefile). ALL of these resources are limited and an OS happens to depend on ALL of them. Like any other bottleneck, running short on one of these resources will slow down your system.
