[Tweaktown] Asus ROG teases us with X79 Rampage IV System

This might be the biggest fail story of the year. Saw this on my facebook. They're at blitzcon at the ROG booth but they can't tell us anything or even show us anything so what was the point of the video or even the story if there were no details?

I am disappointed that they did not disclose further details or even share a glimpse into the X79 Rog product. Considering that there have been a significant amount of X79 motherboard pictures and details leaked and found their way onto the internet I am confused to ASUS approach considering that there is less than a month before X79 in conjunction with the three Sandy Bridge E Models launch with the platform.

As an Asus fan i want to see what the Rampage has to offer but this NDA crap is killing all my interest in Asus for my X79 products. Other motherboard manufacturers have leaked boards, photo's and even previews. What does Asus give us? Nothing.

Ehh...

Sorry to be so blunt, but this is kinda dumb. Way to drop the ball, Asus. I'm in the market to be wooed by an X79 board... and this is not how you get my attention.

This thing better support quad-sli.

Btw, I loved my old R3E, was a bit disappointed that it didn't support quad-sli frown.gif

I never really understood NDAs especially on products that are going to be amazing. All this Nda does is lessen hype for x79 which we already know is going to be sick
