Planning my first water cooling setup - Assistance Required!

Hello, everyone!

I'm planning on buying my next computer sometime this year, hopefully sooner rather than later. The build is going to have a 2600k and a HD 6990, and I've considering giving watercooling a try. The case I would be using is Xigmatek Elysium because I've heard a ton of good things about it for watercooling and because it's affordable and still appealing in looks and functionality to me.

I've done quite a bit of research so I feel like I at least have a slight idea of how that would go, but still I have absolutely zero experience in water cooling so it'd be great if the more experienced fellows could lend me a hand.

First of all, what would be a decent site in EU that ships to Finland that would allow me to order without VAT with my VAT code? The only Finnish site I know of selling water cooling equipment is jimms.fi but the selection is less than spectacular, it's in Finnish but here's the link to the water cooling portion if anyone wants to take a look. Suggested to use the auto translate of Chrome or something similiar:
http://www.jimms.fi/listaa/591

Secondly, I obviously would require help with choosing the right components. I'd very likely be going for a single loop, and from what I understand, I'm going to require a CPU block, a 6990 graphics card block, a pump, radiator(s), a reservoir, an optional top, tubing, the different kinds of fittings or whatever they're called, and destilled water with some kind of antifreeze/anticorrosion stuff. Is that everything? If so, would anyone have any suggestions for these parts? The goal would be functionality, but with cost-efficiency in mind, so paying 50€ for 1% increase in performance doesn't excite me.

On the Jimms site the components I've considered are the EK HF CPU block and the EK 6990 waterblock as well as the 45€ Phobya DC12-400 pump. However, I've heard some bad things about EK and I don't know anything of the pump, so alternative suggestions and buying places would be very welcome.

Finally, what kind of a radiator setup would be necessary for cooling both of those, and if possible, where would they fit in the Elysium case? I know that I could comfortably fit a 3-fan radiatior on the top of the case, but would it be able to cool my CPU and graphics card efficiently enough? If I would require additional radiators, where would be decent places to put them? After what point would the price-performance ratio for additional radiators begin going downhill?

I know that's a ton of questions I'm asking, and I'm not even expecting anyone to give me all the answers I'm looking for right away. It'd be great if you could at least help me with some bits and pieces, and hopefully eventually I'll have a clearer idea of what to get and from where.

Thank you in advance!

Can you link the exact 6990 you have?

Also, what is your approximate budget?

A thick 360 Radiator (3 120mm Fans) can cool that, how far are you trying to overclock?

http://www.aquatuning.fi/product_inf...939-XEON-.html is a very good cpu block.

Im not sure about EU and all that VAT stuff. Can you check that site I linked and see if you can find anything about that?

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention...(With that kind of a wall of text that can be difficult to believe) I'm planning on using these fans in the radiator(s) as they seem to have a great price-performance-noise ratio:

Thoughts on this? I'll try to add more things if there's something else I forgot...

FANS
Its not really about CFM when you are water-cooling its more down to static pressure so that they have move the air through the fins.

PUMP
As for the pump I would grab a D5, it might be 1/2 as much again as the other pump but its infinatly better. - maybe go for the Bay res too?

You can go mad in that case if you wanted too. You could stick a quad in the front and a triple in the roof without modding, for 6990 + CPU I have seen 360 rads do a fair job, so the RX360 would be about right.. If you wanted you could get 2 EK rads for the price of the RX (360 roof and 240 in the 5.25 Bay)

IE.

RX360 is about the same price as EK 360 + 240 so you might as well go for that if you had an RX360 in budget.

Other stuff.

Also add some tube cutters to the list.

Tube 7/16 primochill over 1/2" barbs (get rotarys, 45/90 fittings where you need them)
