So i overclocked my Q6600 to 3.4ghz at 9x so my original memory fsb was 378mhz (756). And i noticed that it's lower than the stock speed of my ram which is 400mhz (800) (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231207). The 378 is when i set to 2.00D. So then today i went to BIOS and set it to auto so that maybe i'll get stock speed, but then windows won't load. While the windows sign comes up, it then goes black to blue screen real quick and my comp restarts. So then I got back to BIOS and change it to the 2.66D (503mhz = 1005) and it loads perfectly! I run MaxxMem and i do get better bench than when i had 378mhz. So then i try Prime95 to see if its stable. I run blend and 1 core stops round 1min and 2 more in the next 5 min. I upped the voltage to 2.0v and that didn't help. I don't really how about timing. What should i do? I want to at least run stop speed for my ram. Thanx.
