I'm really pissed at Microsoft right now. They won't let me refund, but is there anyway to deny the payment on my Credit Card statement? I have never done this before, so I just want to make sure it is possible. I refuse to give those thieves $60.
Yeah Man! They did the same to me.. They bounced my account at the bank too. All Xbox owners should dispute the fact of having to call MS to cancel any account.
I should have the right to log in my account and simple cancel it or suspend it. But MS has to be Pricks about it and hide behind their TOS. You can't do crap about it and they no it.. As long as there are millions of retarded players out their sucking on a binky - allowing MS to get away with this, MS is surely gonna rake in extra revenue off the end users.
I told them when I called to cancel both accts and he did cancel them. Then I got hammered the following month. Isn't it Funny almost all the other games you can stop, cancel, or remove your CC or payment method, yet MS REQUIRES you to have a a Credit Card on file. Sure you can buy the cards at the store but you know what I will never buy another XBOX or any new products other then a operating system from them. Their products are like everything they make, Half-Ass and breaks, patch Jobs.. From MSDOS to current and in the future as well. Go Figure..
This is whats coming to all folks when the company lays down what terms they want us to meet. Are we not the customer? Are we a voice that fall on deaf ears? Sounds like American Democracy at work. Billion Dollar Companies control our Government not the citizens..
