Need help with x1950gt PCI-E

Thread Starter
My x1950gt is flashed with bios from other card.
I heard that there is a way to recover them by shorting the EEPROM chip's pin 1 and 8,and then flash it,but I cant find that chip on board,so I need help from someone that have the same card.
I messed DEV_ID,so I cant flash it with atiflash,it says Adapter not found
Is there a program that can Force flash a device?
GPU?...what?
