Question about my CPU BIOS - GA-8I945PL-G

Hello,
My cpu is DualCore Intel Pentium D 820, 2800 MHz.
And I've read about OC'ing that it is done from the BIOS at the M.I.T option.
The problem is that in my BIOS I dont have the "CPU clock ratio".

I would like to know how do I OC my computer with these options.

Here is a picture from the M.I.T :

cpu clock host is set to disabled. set that to manual and you should see the value under that become avalible to change. that number 200 is what controls your cpu freq. 2800mhz / 200 fsb = 14x multi.

Say you want 3.2ghz. 3200 / 14x = 228.5fsb
or 3.6ghz 3600 / 14x = 257.1fsb

fsb = front side bus if you didn't know

Edit: you see the "System memory multiplier" under that. You will want to change that to Unlinked if you can or set a little lower to not raise the memory speed. Memory speed is affected by your fsb also. Try to keep the memory at 533 or less for now.

Ive set it as you said and it looks like the computer wont accept those settings,
What I mean is that when I set those settings in the BIOS, i saved and exit, but when the comptuer started it rebooted and set the Ghz back to normal, and then gave me blue screen(and it saved some DUMP file), so I rebooted the comp and now I'm here.
