I've read of people going as low as 800rpm with push-pull. I guess it all depends on how low you want your temps to be.
Where can i find those ?

If you areusing a 360rad to cool just a cpu and one gpu, it shouldn't be working very hard. Gentle typhoon's have an excellent rep - they were out of stock when I built my current rig, but i have used Xigmatek's, Yate Loons, cooler master and scythe

That's the only downside I can find with gentle typhoons. But you could always paint the fans

I just built mine last week. Currently using Yate Loons which are a bit loud. Will be swapping to GTs in push/pull when I get money.

Static pressure is more important than a high CFM rating for radiator cooling. If you have high CFM but a relatively low static pressure, the cooling will be worse than a fan with lower CFM but a higher pressure.

Be very wary of manufacturers' specs, they are either misleading, incomplete or downright fabrications. For example, the static pressure is at no flow, and the flow rate is with no restriction. The noise is usually completely off too. Remember that they want to sell these fans. The GTs specs are pretty good, they are made by Nidec for use in servers; OEMs who buy these usually have the ability to check the specs.

Have a look at Martin's testing for a great fan roundup. The results look like this:

As you can see, the GTs are unmatched for noise / performance. Other than that the fans are all very similar, with a few exceptions.

If it was for the look, I would spray paint it to red. But my rig is hidden beside my desk... I don't see the point.

Newegg - has lots of fans, but they aren't listing the s-flex E at the moment.
http://www.dangerden.com - has yate loons
http://www.svc.com/120x25mmfans.html - a good outfit to buy from
frozencpu, performance.pcs all good outfits.

Just take manufacturers claims about being quiet and powerful with a grain of salt. a fast fan is not a quiet fan
