Ok I just bought a HP Pavilion dv6-6135DX, and i want to up the Rez to a higher rez screen.

Here is the new egg link i bought:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834158073&RandomID=3240571199137220111022101725

OK for the money it is one of the best buys i could find.... i did not have the time to wait around for dell's outlet to get m14x so i got this instead ... anywhoo.... i been looking and http://www.laptopscreen.com does not have the exact model i have .... so i am wondering what screen would fit in the computer .....

I would like like i said to find a screen that fits this computer .... thanks smile.gif

Pull out the screen and post your LCD model (i.e. LTN156..., B156..., N156...)
I'll be able to give you a higher resolution model which will fit your mountings and connector positions. However it will be up to you to find out if the hi-res panel will work on your laptop.

P.S. http://www.laptopscreen.com/English/screen-part-number/LP156WF1%28TL%29%28A1%29/ will probably work.

Don't forget to order the cable as well. Judging from the thread you posted the dual channel cable is a must.
