haha I used max amps and penetrated backed off and kept continuing the pool. 100% penetration, hence why the surface is as you see it. 120 flap disk followed by 120 flexi sand = perfect joins.

Finally finished! well very very nice work Sil. I honestly cant get over the fact that this thread started out as a mod for a resivior holder and in the end you threw the entire case away hahahah. well now you have complete freedom in what you want your case to look like, which most likely will turn out to be downright beautiful! Absolutely love the "mod" haha! Keep t up!

Cheers guys,

I want to share with you guys a tool I made today. The reason behind making this is that the air version is way to noisy and also you trying to find a electric one of these was almost impossible.

LpwJk.jpg

These are unreal for metal work and make dremel look very silly.

I brought a cheap die grinder, it was 40$ brand new and I pulled it apart to use the saft/collect or chuck you could call it.

I made the shaft from a old 1/2 extension bar. Now this is so important that you use tool steel.

You'll see me use the alot now, it takes everything a die grinder takes and all dremels tips.

900 watt, 11 000rpm

wow! Looks great! Nicely done amigo thumb.gif
The frame looks nice and sturdy. I bet there's alot less flex (if any) than the original corsair frame had.
You've been busy since the last time I checked in. Your steam-rolling right through all this metal work.

Someday I would love to attempt a build like this but at the moment, I dont have a garage/shop to do it all in. The only place I could do anything like this would be at my work which is 28 miles away, which wouldn't be fair to my kids since it would take me forever to achieve results anywhere close to the professionalism you have shown in your metal fabrication skills.

In one word,
AMAZING!

cheers.gif . smil3dbd4e4c2e742.gif

Another +rep for you!
